Noah's Creative provides marketing, branding, advertising, web design, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between you and Noah's Creative. These Terms govern your use of the Site and supplement (but do not replace) any service agreement.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Noah's Creative or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any Site content without our prior written consent.
Work product created for clients under a service agreement is subject to the intellectual property terms of that specific agreement.
When you submit information through our contact form or other means on the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Noah's Creative a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services.

The Site and all content, materials, information, and services provided on or through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Noah's Creative in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noah's Creative, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
